Welcome to Budget Bride Events! My name is Deavian (pronounced Dee-ah-vee-on), and I am a devoted Christian with a mission to love people like Jesus does. Based in the dynamic Dallas-Fort Worth area, I specialize in creating beautiful, unforgettable celebrations that are budget-friendly. If you're located outside this area, I'm open to discussing travel arrangements to bring your dream event to you.

Serving others and saving money are core values in my life, and they are the driving force behind Budget Bride Events. I believe everyone deserves their dream day, regardless of their budget. With the experience of successfully planning and coordinating a multicultural wedding for over 150 guests in January 2024 while keeping expenses minimized, I am committed to delivering exceptional events that are both captivating and economical.

Our story & Mission

Budget Bride Events began with a dream and a challenge: planning my own wedding in February 2023. Determined to create a beautiful and memorable day without overspending, I meticulously curated every detail, ultimately hosting over 100 guests while keeping expenses under $10,000. After sharing my experience and tips on TikTok, I was overwhelmed by the positive feedback and encouragement from viewers who were inspired by the possibility of planning breathtaking events on a budget.

Motivated by this response, I decided to expand Budget Bride Events to help others achieve their dream celebrations affordably. My mission is to demonstrate that event planning can be both lovely and budget-friendly. I am dedicated to serving others with the same love and care that guided my own wedding planning, ensuring that every event reflects the unique vision and budget of each client.

Full Event Planning + Day of Coordination

Our full event planning and day-of coordination packages are crafted to effortlessly bring your ideal event to life. From the first consultation to flawless execution, we handle every detail. Services include vendor management, decor setup, assisting with vendor selection, logistics coordination, and on-the-day support for a stress-free experience. Also regular scheduled meetings tailored to event timelines, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with your vision.

Partial event planning

Our partial event planning package is perfect for clients who have most of their event planned but need some help finalizing the remaining details. We curate an extensive checklist to ensure every element of your event shines. Whether it's confirming vendors, crafting itineraries, or establishing clear communication to address all questions, we ensure a worry-free process, letting you focus on enjoying your special occasion.

Any Event for up to 4 months

$650 / $150 for each additional month

** If you’d like to book day of coordination with this package it will be $300.00 total for 8-10 hours. **

Day of coordination (ONLY)

Our Day of Coordination package, gurantees your special day runs smoothly. Our team arrives early and stays late, closely coordinating with venue staff to ensure adherence to the contractual guidelines. We oversee the setup, manage timelines, and conduct a detailed rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their role. We handle vendor communication, troubleshoot any issues, and keep the event on track. Trust us to manage the details so you can cherish every moment of your spectacular event.

Any event for up to 8-10 hours

$500/$50 for each additional hour.

** The client must book at least a month prior to their event.
